Step into Jonas Reindl Coffee Roasters, a delightful café nestled on the vibrant Josefstädter Strasse in Vienna's charming eighth district. This locale is not just a place to grab a coffee; it's an experience meticulously crafted for coffee aficionados and casual drinkers alike.
As you enter, you’re immediately enveloped by the aromatic embrace of freshly brewed coffee, enticing you to explore the full range of their stellar offerings. This café is renowned for its specialty coffee, primarily featuring carefully sourced Arabica blends, making it a haven for those who appreciate higher-quality beans. Customers rave about their cold brew, which Cynthia Chen enthusiastically describes as "the best cold brew I have ever had in my life," perfectly balancing a fruity taste that shines during the summer months. This glowing endorsement speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and expertise behind every cup.
The atmosphere at Jonas Reindl Coffee Roasters is both relaxed and inspiring, making it an ideal spot for remote work or a leisurely catch-up with friends. With a variety of comfortable seating options and a clear policy that allows you to enjoy your space without feeling rushed, it’s no wonder that Aloysius Ventham touts it as a great working environment. The café's interior is thoughtfully designed, promoting an inviting ambiance where you can kick back and savor your drink.
Beyond coffee, the menu features a small selection of delicious pastries that beautifully complement your beverage choice. For those concerned about dietary preferences, the café offers vegan options, ensuring everyone can find something to enjoy. Yet, as Anna Miškovicová aptly notes, the selection of coffee beans leans heavily towards varied roasts, which some may find a tad intense; however, it's a testament to Jonas Reindl's commitment to coffee quality and tradition.
The friendly staff only enhances the experience, often connecting with customers in fluent English, making you feel right at home amidst Vienna's local culture. This welcoming spirit reflects in reviews from patrons like Erkan Yildiran, who has always noted the polite and friendly service during his visits.
While Vlada pointed out that a lack of air conditioning can make summer visits a bit toasty, the availability of outdoor seating adds a charming touch, allowing you to relish your coffee in the fresh air, basking in the vibrant street life of Vienna.
Whether you're a local or a traveler exploring this delightful city, Jonas Reindl Coffee Roasters stands as a must-visit spot. Exceptional coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience await, promising you’ll want to return time and time again.

A nice cafe in the eight district of Vienna called Josefstadt. Directly on the Main Street called Josefstädter Straße. I’ve been a couple of times there and I can say the service was always very polite and friendly! Some of them speak only English which is a cool thing! They offer only arabica blends for your coffee order so for me as a robusta friend this is a little bit sad. Their arabica blends are quite interesting and kinda unique to taste. You can sit in the cafe or outside. They roast their own coffee and offer it for sale. Some guests enjoy their coffee and work on their notebooks or read a book. So the vibes inside are pretty cool and nice!

Really great café with a relaxed atmosphere and outstanding specialty coffee. They have a lot of tables that are comfortable for working with a laptop and a helpfully clear and fair policy about how long you can sit and work for. There are a few vegan options, too. The coffee itself was outstanding and the barista was able to recommend certain beans based on my stated preferences. Well worth a visit if you live in Vienna and want somewhere to work.

Great atmosphere, staff is very reactive and friendly, however i found coffee bean a bit too roasted which gave not too pleasant undertone to coffee. but we would give a 2nd try for sure.

We found this little gem for our morning breakfast. Felt welcome as soon as we stepped in last Sunday morning. Staff is friendly and have a good knowledge. Filter coffee was amazing and the latte too. Small selection of delicious pastries available. Atmosphere chilled and relaxing. Will definitely come back at our next visit to Vienna.

tasty coffee, cute place and very friendly staff the only disadvantage is lack of ac in the summer, it’s very hot there, but there are terrace seats available and also amount of coffee served could be bigger for €5
